Description
THE NOISE is A MOVEMENT CELEBRATING UNITY IN DIVERSITY THROUGH EMERGING MUSIC. It's a cultural moment in time that can never be replicated.
WTF is NOISE? A handpicked line-up of independent artists from across London - followed by an open jam. NOISE celebrates unity in diversity through emerging music and the sounds of the underground scene – with support from the city's many tribes of music and dance communities. The line up is selected for its quality of performance and originality of expression.
Part showcase, part community jam, NOISE holds the door open for undiscovered talent, giving them the spotlight, a stage, and a leg up in a city where money and connections are often the only way to get ahead.
NOISE is produced by culture agency, What Does Not WDN. On this occasion, the NOISE is supported by Wired4Music, and four talented, up-and-coming event producers from their community who will be working closely with the WDN team as part of a mentorship programme.
Not been to an open jam before?
Instrumentalists and singers interact with each other to make music in a freewheeling environment. It’s vibey spontaneity at its finest.
